Passion to Improve

Are you a coach? It could be said we're all coaches whether in sports or business. I often think about the similarities.

Leadership is a continuous journey of discovery about oneself and others. It requires a curious and learning mindset. It's being mindful about self and others, and striving to build trusting relationships absent of judgement. It's our passion to improve.

I was particularly struck by an interview between Sanyin Siang, the Executive Director of the Coach K Center of Leadership and Ethics at Duke’s Fuqua School of Business and Patrick Hunt, President of the World Association of Basketball Coaches (WABC).
