Energy Leadership Index (ELI)
The Energy Leadership Index™ enables us to hold up mirrors to perceptions, attitudes, behaviors, and overall leadership capabilities. The assessment reveals what specific filters you’ve developed and how those filters are influencing the results you want to achieve.
The one-of-a-kind ELI is available in individual/self and 360 formats. They are, are simple, effective ways to explore how you show up every day under normal circumstances and then under stress. Also, you can understand how others view how you show up.
The ELI takes 20 minutes to complete online. Results are tabulated and delivered to each individual. We review them individually or often in group/team settings. All results are confidential and names are not revealed.

TTI Success Insights (DISC and 12 Driving Forces):
DISC is a behavior assessment tool based on the DISC theory of psychologist William Moulton Marston, which centers on four different behavioral traits: dominance, inducement, submission, and compliance.
This behavioral assessment reveals behavioral style, recognizes style of others and adapts and blends its style and the teams for greater, more effective communication and relationship building.
DISC and the 12 Driving Forces assessments, have proven that individuals (and teams), in terms of how they act, universally, have similar characteristics. By learning and becoming more aware of them, we increase our understanding of others to improve communication and productivity.
What are the benefits?
DISC (and 12 Driving Forces) is a universal language, to help individuals and team "adapt to their world" and blend with their behavioral style.
The assessment 15-20 minutes to complete on-line. There is generally a 1-2 hour debriefing session and also additional sessions to uncover opportunities for understanding behavioral styles and gaps to improve group/team/individual communication effectiveness.
